‘Karen drew up the plans for our building regulation application for an extension to our house in early 2017. This involved her organising a Structural Engineer’s services as well as submitting the building regulation application on our behalf to Thanet District Council. Karen also liaised directly with our builder prior to construction starting, when a few unforeseen issues arose.
